Please note: We recommend bringing along a standard size 3x3m pop up gazebo or something similar as there
will be no covered areas available. Tables and chairs will be available should you need them. We will always try
our best to provide our stall holders with any special requests, but pitch locations cannot always be
guaranteed. We thank you for your cooperation with this on the day. (Please see our Booking Conditions for
more information)
1. All pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. To guarantee a place, the pitch fee is payable in
advance, and a completed booking form must be provided. Special requests (pitch location etc.) should be
discussed/ requested at time of booking and although we will always try our best to accommodate your
requests, we cannot guarantee to be able to do so and without such your stall pitch will be allocated at random
and in accordance with other retailers.
2. Stall holders may arrive from 9am on Saturday morning. Please leave plenty of time for stall set up, as ALL
vehicles must be unloaded and parked by 10.30am prompt.
3. Stall holders will be provided with one parking permit per pitch. Due to limited space onsite any other
vehicles will have to find alternative parking.
4. Abusive language or aggression towards any of our voluntary team of committee or helpers will not be
tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings, or you may be asked to leave.
5. Payments will be requested after your stall application is received and accepted. Payments can be made
cash or BACS; payment details will be sent out after the stall application is accepted.
6. Friends of Someries reserves the right to refuse any booking.
7. Stallholders are responsible for providing their own insurance where necessary, with a copy provided to
Friends of Someries with your booking form.
8. Stall holders are prohibited from selling anything that could be deemed as offensive or inappropriate
9. To comply with health and safety regulations. ALL vehicles must be parked by 10.30am. At the end of the
event vehicles must not be driven onto the green until 3.15pm. There will be no exceptions to this condition.
10. We are hoping for good weather but should adverse conditions mean we need to cancel we are unable to
provide refunds for stall fees but should we find an alternative date to go ahead all bookings will be transferred.
